Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Kingdom Affluence LLC ("Kingdom Affluence", "we", "us"). They govern your use of kingdomaffluence.co and everything we offer through it, including courses, memberships, coaching, digital downloads, and physical products.

By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Who may use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using our services you confirm that you are. Our programs are designed for adults building businesses.

3. What we provide

We provide business education. Specifically:

• The Power To Get Wealth Academy, a self-paced course.
• The Power To Get Wealth Community, a membership.
• Workshops, masterminds, and coaching, where offered.
• Books, journals, and merchandise through our store.

We provide education and guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or mental health advice, and nothing we deliver should be treated as any of those. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your account

Some purchases give you an account on our course or community platforms. You agree to:

• Give accurate information when you register.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Accounts are for one person. You may not share your login, and we may suspend accounts that are shared.

5. Purchases, prices, and taxes

• Prices are shown at checkout and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import charges that apply where you live, unless they are shown as included at checkout.
• Payment is taken by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• If a payment on a recurring membership fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
• Recurring memberships continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than be held to an evident error.

6. Access, licence, and what you may not do

When you buy a course or join the Community, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the material for your own use, for as long as your access lasts.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or give away your access or the material.
• Copy, record, download, or redistribute the material, except where we clearly offer a download for your personal use.
• Use our material to build or teach a competing program.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest the site or its content.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use our services for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms us or another user.

7. Community rules

The Community only works if it is safe and honest. By joining you agree to:

• Treat every member with respect, including in disagreement.
• Keep what other members share inside the Community confidential.
• Not promote your own offers, recruit members, or solicit business unless we have said you may.
• Not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit.
• Not give legal, tax, medical, or financial advice to other members as though you were licensed to do so.

We may remove content or remove a member for breaking these rules. Serious breaches may end your access without a refund.

8. The included Community year

Enrolling in the Academy includes twelve months of access to the Community at no additional cost, starting on the date of enrollment.

• At the end of those twelve months, Community access ends unless you choose to continue as a paying member.
• We will tell you before it ends, and continuing is your choice. We will not start charging you automatically at the end of the included year unless you have signed up for a paid membership.
• The included year has no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, extended, or exchanged.
• Your Academy access is separate and does not end when the included Community year ends.

9. Our intellectual property

All content we produce, including course material, worksheets, articles, videos, audio, graphics, the Kingdom Affluence and Power To Get Wealth names, logos, and the POWER Framework, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You get a licence to use the material as described in section 6, and nothing more.

10. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post in our Community or send to us. By posting or sending it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

If you send us a testimonial or a result, we will ask separately before using it publicly, and we will use it as you wrote it. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.

You confirm that anything you post is yours to post and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund terms, and the statutory cancellation rights that apply to consumers in the EU and the UK, are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

You may stop using our services at any time. Cancelling a recurring membership stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past ones, except as set out in the Refund and Returns Policy or as required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity, continue after your access ends.

13. Disclaimers

We provide education, not guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your circumstances, your market, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control.

We make no guarantee of income, profit, or business success. Our Disclaimer explains this in detail and forms part of these terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our services and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the statutory rights of consumers.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, however caused.
• Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, this section does not reduce your statutory rights.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Affluence LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or content you post.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to section 17, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues can be sorted out in an email.

17. Rights of EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights that these terms cannot take away.

• You benefit from any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live, and nothing in section 16 deprives you of it.
• You have a statutory right to cancel most distance purchases within 14 days. How this works, including the specific rules for digital content you access immediately, is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
• EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. UK consumers may be able to use a certified alternative dispute resolution provider.

18. Changes

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. If a change is significant we will give reasonable notice by email or on the site. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
