2Client Intake Form

As soon as you pay, the intake form comes to you. Tell me where you are, what you sell, and what you want to work on. This is what lets me prepare instead of spending your first ten minutes catching up.

3Coaching Agreement

You read and sign the agreement. It covers what coaching is, what it is not, confidentiality, and the cancellation terms below. Then you get your call details.
