1. Digital Products (No Refunds, No Exceptions)

All digital products are final sale. This includes but is not limited to:

--E-books

--Online courses

--Mini-courses

--Digital downloads

--Templates

--PDFs

--Coaching programs (group or 1:1)

--Membership community access

--Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds or exchanges are offered for any digital product or coaching service.

2. Coaching Services Policy

Coaching services are final sale and non-refundable.

A. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

--Sessions must be used consecutively, either weekly or biweekly.

--The dates and times agreed upon during onboarding are set in stone.

--Sessions cannot be rescheduled unless due to an approved emergency.

Approved emergencies include:

--Medical emergencies

--Pre-discussed dates agreed upon before the coaching began

--No other exceptions will be made.

B. Group Coaching Programs

--Group coaching sessions occur weekly for the specified duration (e.g., 5-week program).

--No makeup sessions will be offered unless the instructor is unavailable.

--Replays will be available to all participants.

--No refunds for missed sessions.

C. Coaching Chargeback Policy

--All coaching clients must sign an Informed Consent Agreement before services begin.
--By purchasing coaching services, you agree that:

--Chargebacks for delivered services are strictly prohibited.

--Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for services already received will result in permanent removal and blocking from Kingdom Affluence programs, services, and platforms.

--Kingdom Affluence will provide signed documents and service logs to the bank as evidence of services rendered.

3. Physical Products Return Policy (Merch Only)

--Physical products (such as merch) may be returned under the following conditions:

--You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

--Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

--A return request must be started only via email at: [email protected]

--Requests submitted via social media DM will not be processed.

How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] and include:

--Full name

--Order number

--Reason for return

--Photos (if applicable)

--Failure to provide accurate information may delay processing.

--Shipping Costs for Returns

--Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

--Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Physical Products

--Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.

--No store credit will be issued.

--If we do not have the item available for an exchange, a refund will be issued.

4. Exchange Policy (Physical Products Only)

Exchanges apply only to physical products.

You may exchange an item for:

--A different size

--A different color

--A different item (if equal price and in stock)

Requirements:

--Item must be in new, unworn condition.

--Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

--Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

--If the requested item is not available, you may request a refund instead.

5. Shipping Policy

--Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

--Kingdom Affluence is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

--Once an order is shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

--Shipping fees are non-refundable.

--If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Community Cancellation Policy

To cancel your monthly Kingdom Affluence Community membership:

--Send an email to [email protected] requesting removal.

--You must cancel before the recurring charge date.

--No refunds will be issued after the charge has been processed.

--Kingdom Affluence is a Christ-centered business founded upon the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
--While our coaching incorporates biblical principles and prayer-led strategies, we do not guarantee financial results. --Your outcomes depend on your obedience, stewardship, consistency, and implementation.

8. Affiliate Link Disclosure

--Some products, tools, brands, or services recommended by Kingdom Affluence may contain affiliate links.
--If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Kingdom Affluence may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
--We only recommend tools we personally use and trust.
